Hi,

I've hooked up my Monomachine to MPC2500 and set MIDI Clock sync parameters so that MPC is a master and Monomachine accepts MIDI Clock and start/stop messages (Monomachine does not support MTC).

Now when I hit Play button on MPC - Monomachine start playing ang sync with an MPC tempo (set to 132 bpm).
But when I go Monomachine tempo screen - it shows oscillating in range 131.5-132.5 bmp, so my LFO on Monomachines drop out of sync (I can hear that sound from an output channel).

Could this be an issue with Monomachine detecting tempo, or it maybe there is a workaround in MPC settings?

BTW, I'm using JJ OS XL

Thanks!

It's kind of annoying that devices have such a hard time maintaining tempo sync, but it is pretty much a fact of life. You may find it better to have the Monomachine be your tempo master, or even some other device. Also, just make sure you don't have soft thru or similar running on either device (even if you need it, just disable for testing purposes) and see if you aren't having a weird problem created by the tempo messages getting duplicated or something.

Thanks for hint!
I've tried to set Monomachine as master and it is actually worked, but now I have to change tempo manually on Monomachine during live, which is actually funny, but Monomachine now will not accep Tempo Change events when MPC is set to slave.
