This has been wrecking my head and I'm fairly sure I know what the answer is going to be, but is it at all possible to have different filter, env, lfo settings for each sample in a layer?
I hear this is possible in the MPC 2000 (with 3 layers) so it seems crazy that it isn't possible with the 2500 (using this with JJOS XL).
Hopefully someone can shed some definitive light on this for me! (and I can go hassle JJ to sor tit out!)

Cheers

Sorry I probably didnt explain very well. What I mean is that once you have two samples layered onto one pad (A01 for example) then any filter, envs or lfo you use will affect both layers. So I'm wondering if there is a way to use these separately on each layer (eg. lpf on layer one & hpf on layer 2)
