can't access from work Is this another JJ youtube video? I see there was one added a couple of days ago showing XL version 1.47 as having pitch bend/mod wheel affecting samples

but will it work internally so that the qlinks will operate the FX!??

next request: the ability to control the PROGRAM screen parameters with midi CC's!!!!

just thinking that if you want to control those fx params with the qlinks, you could always set the qlink to a midi CC, then physically connect one of the mpcs midi outs to one of the midi ins, to route the qlinks CC's back into the MPC. bit of a hack but it should work.

no sure since a) i tried it with the filter settings already enabled and it did nothing (could have been the midi setting thou, didn't investigate thoroughly) and b) thats a pain to keep un/plugging midi cables since my MPC midi outs are all going to different bits of gear.

I have that dream too, cant help thinking that jj can do it for the fx for two reason
1. the effects are global- and it only works with one of them, so its not like sending cc's to different pgm's (though i suppose we can imagine jj introducing cc in for the active track pgm only) 2. qlinks dont have any control over them (as far as we know) . so basically the midi in can bypass tracks and qlinks, jj doesnt have jump through hoops getting it all to work together.

Unfortunatley there is no local off in the os2xl so that'd create a midi feedback loop.

on the video is the controller being used a korg nano? is that not USB powered only? thought MPC were all about avoiding the use of 'puters

and as for those wanting it tied to qlinks/cc's, if it doesn't get implemented, there'll be a workaround, ie: u could set the qlinks to/midi CC via out midi B, back into midi ins. mini midi cables -true- but do able

If it's setup correctly there will be no MIDI loop, trust me it can be done

when i first read this i had hope that all the filter,lfo stuff will also get midi controlls
