its for use with NDC samples. it wont do anything with regular samples.

with the ndc samples you can use the slider to adjust which slice plays. its good for the glitchy stuff.

Serious? What does that have to do with anything? Qlink to chop enables stuff that, before now, was only available on the ASR-10 using transwaves.
