Hey bro the guy closed your last thread for a reason. I am only 3 weeks old and I can do what you just asked after reading the manual on the first day. Consult the Oracle and then ask for help. Others will gladly help you.

on the interwebs, of course. stop typing in capitals and learn to search the frikkin web

but your problem is not specific to JJOS, it's the same in the Akai OS. do you have the Akai OS manual? if not, download it NOW and get reading.

let me help you out:

your post subject makes you look retarded. shouting in capitals is how children type.

most people who post here "need help" so the subject is useless. a better subject would be "sound muted out by another sound" (which is still rubbish, because you're not using the right terms, which you'd know if you read the manual, but you're new so I'll let you off.) that way at least people know what you're asking.

the problem you're asking about is one of the most frequently asked problems on this site. it's been answered HUNDREDS of times. Learning to the search function would mean you can find answers yourself.

the problem is that your program is set to mono. change it to poly

now go and read that manual

are you sure you've set the program to poly, not the samples?

the other possibility is you're maxing out polyphony, but it is unlikely if you've only got two samples playing at once

The 1k can play 32 samples at the same time. If you try to play 33 then a sample gets cut off.
