A feature I miss from the rm1x sequencer is the ability to change sequences live using 1/16 measure quantization. My JJOS2 gives me the option to pick from Immediate Play, Immediate Start, and End of Sequence. Yamaha had a feature called Pattern Quantize which was similar to End of Sequence, but capable switching sequences in real-time so that the desired sequence would begin on the next full measure or 1/16 measure.

Is there an existing feature on JJOS that allows something like this? Any creative methods of achieving a similar capability?

Thanks.

It´s not possible i think. Better get your timing right. Good thing is you can now use a footswitch since jj finally implemented seq+ and seq- as actions.

Hi Gents.
Slightly off topic, but related, and I reckon you'll know the answer...
someone mentioned before about flipping between sequences in real time, without the next sequence reverting to the start. ie, the clock keeps running the same, while you flip to a different sequence, then back again (if you want to.)
This doesn't seem to work on jjos 3.10, so I'm guessing it's a feature of one (or more) of the other versions.
could you tell me if that's the case, or where to look?

Thanks.
