Hey all, I just picked up a second hand 1k (retiring the 2.5k from live gigs).
Loaded it with 3.12 and noticed that the track mute feature/screen was behaving odd.
I thought it was a pad sensitivity issue so tried a few different setting and still no joy.
The pad switches between extremely sensitive to not much at all, resulting in tracks muting and un-muting i.e. either the faintest touch will mute/un-mute or you have to hit the pad quite strongly AND cleanly in one hit to mute or un-mute. As I mentioned I tried several pad sensitivity values and it had no effect.
The pads are also demonstrating the bug that others have mentioned with the splice/motorbike effect at certain velocity levels, although I wouldn't mind using that as a live effect.
Could it be the pads themselves? They def have a stiffer feel than the 2.5. I have no idea what type of pads these are, could be new or early type. Mp is black if that helps to guess the generation.
May install 3.11 if thats more stable. Thanks in adv.
