Sending footswitch midi message from mpc to sound module

I connect my sound module (JV1010) to one of the outs of the the mpc1000 (jjos). My controller keyboard does not have a sustain pedal jack. Is it possible to use the signal from the footswitch on the mpc to control the sustain pedal midi message while performing on my keyboard. If so how?

afaik not possible. you can check for yourself what you can control via the footswitch.

Thanks. I was pretty sure that was the case after investigation but I thought it may be possible on a different operating system or a strange workaround that some geek on here might know about.
