Saving sequence order

okay, i'm sure this is an easy one - on my Akai software it seemed that the Sequence order would save automatically (or, moreso, I had to import them one by one, because Akai read them in oldest to newest modified date for some reason), and in the JJOS it lets you put them into whatever order you want very easily (hit window button on the main screen when your sequence is highlighted), but it seems to revert to alphabetical order whenever i turn the MPC off and on again..

any quick fixes?
