assign samples to notes outside of the pad range?

i would split the keyboard into 2 zones and map the lower part to a program and the upper part to another program.
Code: Select all[  lower notes pgm  ][  upper notes pgm   ]
[0 -------------- 63][64 ------------- 127]
[0 ---------- complete range --------- 127]
