Have powered up the mpc since a very long time and noticed that when muting a track you cannot
play notes any more on that track. Is that also in the lastest JJ os? Not used to that on my 2000XL.
I often have a basic melodie in midi notes that is looping a couple of bars. When you mute that track but do want to play on that midichannel and program, you have to unmute the track. So basicly, if you want to temporary mute a track and want to play with the same midi channel and pgm, you have to select them on a new unmuted track.
Not so handy.
