test: change contrast via BUTTON MODE?

can someone with a controller readily hooked up to their MPC test something for me?

can you change the contrast via incoming midi assigned in BUTTON MODE, the same way you would by holding STOP and DATA WHEEL?

I just tested it and it works the same. data+ data- holding down stop (all on controller of course).Interesting because I have not tried that yet and good to know all functions work as they should.
