OS1 to OS2XL Compatibility Issues

Hi Guys,

I've just set myself up in os2XL 2.26 from os1 4.99l and I seem to be having some compatibility issues with a sequence.

I created the sequence in OS1 and have loaded it up into OS2XL and there are some issues.

- Track 01 isn't playing any notes (although I can see there are notes there to be played!)
- Some tracks velocities have changed
- Some tracks hold duration have changed

I've loaded it up in the old OS again to make sure it's not the file and it seems to play fine in OS1.

Surely JJ would of made the upgrad compatible with old sequences made in an older version of the JJos?

Any help would be appreciated!

not always. depending on what features you used in os1.
os2xl makes it pretty easy to recreate projects written in an older OS

Thanks for the quick response, this is a shame.
I guess I will probably just try and finish the track in OS1 then build any new ones in OS2XL.
