I mean the copy/paste that is supposed to be on the main screen of the mpc, where loop and click and mute are

Overdub on?

Hit overdub-button and they appear (copy,paste,delete). Tested this and patterns this morning. Worked as expected. Need to figure out how to make most of these new features

So I know this is a big upgrade for some of you BUT..Is the new Pattern feature and copy a bar the only thing thats new?

Assigning MIDI Program Changes and Control Changes to pads is also new, but that feature isn't working for me.

is it alright to update it directly from xl or do i have to switch to the free one first?
