It would be super useful for me but Im sure some others would agree.
The vision is simple... Combine Time stretch and tune (-32 and +32 times) in equal increments in order to get 64 new notes of equal length higher and lower (without shortening or longating the sample).
Along with this, script out the assignment of each new note to pad A01 - D-16 accordingly.
Roland's V-Synth has a similar feature called vari-phrase.
I can't help but get the feeling that from the automatic combined assignment of both Timestretch and Pitch, along with auto assigning to 64 pads, this could be a really useful on JJ OS2 XL.
