when you switch the track, there is a place on the main screen that says PGM: or something like that,

you just highlight it and then choose the program you want.

you can use alot of different ones or just 1 if you want.

when you save be sure to save each program seperatley though, or save entire memory into its own folder, this will ensure that you will have all your programs and sequences/tracks the way you left them after you turn your mp off.

thanks for reply
i need something different

with old akai os every time you start a new sequence you assign a program on track 1 for example
then when u move to track 2 that program remain and u can go on

with jj every time i pass to an other track i have to reassign the program, that is sometimes useful sometimes no
any trick to act like old akai os?
best

I'm having the same problem so I'm bumping this thread!! I'm new to JJOS2xl and to this forum, so I would really appreciate some help!

With Akai OS the program remained the same when you moved on to a new sequence or track, but with JJOS2xl (I'm using version 3.50) the program sometimes changes or is set to OFF...is there any way to keep the same program like in the old Akai OS?
