Reposting from bug reports, because I'm not even sure it's a JJ OS problem, I got this crash yesterday:

Anyone seen an error like this and know what it's a sign of? JJ OS bug or actual hardware problem with CPU or RAM?

It says "CPU address error"

Also it says "Stack dump"

Don't be scared to look up "Stack dump" on the internet.

Are you able to reproduce the bug?
If you can, you should try to remove your additional ram and try to reproduce the bug without the ram installed...

Haven't been able to reproduce the bug but I'll try that if it does. Searched on here and followed a suggestion to restart holding erase and it hasn't happened since then.

Here's some helpful information I found searching the internet.
A stack dump is often displayed when an error occurs.

Did you tell JJ about this bug? If you send him a link to this topic, he will be able to understand the nature of the problem from the info displayed on the stack dump.

This thread gives me an idea. I have had a few stack dumps in my time and yeah i like how it throws up the address error like that, kinda kool, but yeah not in a good way i know. BUT im thinking MPC Flashscreen. Shame it cant screen dump it to. Might have to fake one, nothing like a CPU address error on start up hey :?
