Seqeunce qlink or effect

Is there anyway to seqeunce a qlink movement or a effect adjustment?
I saw it a maschine video and i was hopinh my mpc can do that to.
I was looking for it but i cant find it.
Then looked trough the jjos manaul but cant find it there to.

Just assign the qlink to the parameter you want to automate and then on the track you want it to effect, press "overdub" and "play start" and the mpc will record the changes you make with the qlink in real time.

You can also control and record the effect 2 parameters via midi cc.

I can record qlink movements now.

I have read the jjos manaul for midi-cc.
Am i right that i need a external midi controller for it to record the movements?
i dont really get it.

That, or you can just grab a MIDI cable and plug one of the MIDI outputs to one of the MIDI inputs. There's a number of techniques that can be done with this trick.

You can sort of sequence effects changing by making a second effects set, then in step edit mode, you can switch between any effects set.

I am acauly thinking of buying a korg nano kontrol ore something like that but now i think i just stay with a simple midi kabel to the mpc himself.
