Password Issue

Hi Guys,

Long time lurker, first post for me. I've just upgraded to JJOS2XL from JJOS 3.12 and received my password this morning. However, when I enter the password in the save screen and press F6 it tells me there is a password error.

I had an eight character product ID and have received a seven character password - do I need to contact JJ directly? I've tried searching this forum, and the official JJ site but can't seem to find anything.

While I'm here I would like to thank this board for the amazing JJOS 3.12 manual, and for the informative posts helping me find out something new about my MPC everyday!

This is very f*cked up my man, seems bizarre that you had an eight character product ID, but hopefully you will be able to get that sorted. Unfortunately the only suggestion I can offer is sending him a message via his youtube page:

Thanks for replying. I replied to the email directly on Saturday morning and by Sunday morning I had the full eight character password.

I have to say, 2XL is ridiculously good - I didn't really see the point in upgrading from 3.12 but I'm so glad that I did now.
