I had jjos 3.09 and Switched it to Jjos 3.13

I downloaded jjos3.13 and when i turn it on it loads all the preset sequences and the pads are super sensitive like if the note repeat is on. how can I fix this.

I installed the jjos3.09 again and same thing.

Can someone Please help me with this issue just want the mpc back to normal.
