I just headed here to post this!

Nice one JJ.

Definitely a little easier than my method. Although you can have more than 4 in a chain and still use mutes or simult, with the work around version. Im glad he's implemented it so velocity layers will still work though.

I just noticed that these are going in the next update too, so we don't have to wait for the next OS overhaul (if that's still coming)

wow, awesome! i like this implementation a lot. in my opinion this is the ultimate simult for sample switchout and velocity levels. going to be great for drums and anything requiring variation.

man. development for a sampler made 8 years ago. amazing.

I still like your method for limiting polyphony with mute groups, but this is deffinately a well implemented feature.

I hope there's still a version 3 coming, though I can't imagine what would be in it...

I think you deserve the credit for the polyphony limit idea really!

Yeah there's a few things I'm used to that I'll need to change with the JJ cycle. I tend to use simult Pads for ghost notes , mainly so you can alter the attack settings. If JJ brings back velocity to attack in the new os that won't be a problem. :)

Definitely happy with the way this has been done,it's straightforward and I'll definitely use it, if not all the time. Can't wait to try it too!

"Sweet lord... All hail JJ. How about a random option? Wow. I am never satisfied.

The random option was also added.

Copy of a comment I posted on youtube and the responce. Meaning in addition to the cycle option, there will also be a random option. We are spoiled rotten.
At times I pray to JJ...
