JJOS 3.18XL Sync with Ableton

OK, I used to be able to sync with the stock OS on my 2500, however, upon upgrading I wanted to sync it Ableton but I'm unsure on what settings?. I tried playing around with it using the guide here:

Could you describe exactly what you are doing, step by step? We can probably spot where you are going wrong.

BTW, the book in my signature describes the proces of syncing JJOS XL with Ableton in great detail, and much more

I would purchase your book but I only just need to sync it to Ableton and thats all.

I post some screen caps so it be easier.

However, the midi out is going to the midi in and I know the connection is right but its the bleeding settings.
