Thru is muted in Loop Recorder when output is set to 1&2

Hey there,

I'm using the standard left & right outputs for drums, and running a mic using the Thru function out of 1 & 2 which for the most part is working fine. The thing is, as soon as I go into Looping Recorder all of a sudden the vocal mic is muted. It un-mutes when I go back to the main screen, but I can't work out why it's doing it because the output in the Loop Recorder is also correctly set to 1&2.

Is this a bug or is there something I could have missed? The output is set correctly on the Input screen where you switch through, it's also set up right in Looping Recorder.

Has anyone else had this? Any advice would be massively appreciated.

Did you check if monitor is ON in that screen?

Initial setting

If F1 (SETUP) button is pressed, the window of "Setups" will open.

It is yeah, I wish it were something that obvious. From the looks if it might be a long standing bug, you can select 1, 2, 3 or 4 as an output on that screen, but only the stereo outs and 4 will actually work. I think....

The suggestion is appreciated though, I'm definitely stupid enough to have missed that. But I haven't on this occasion.

Did you check the other topic in the bug report section?

I think it's just because the looper mode has strange specifications and was built like that. Hopefully it won't take years again to have something improved.

By the way is there a specific reason why you need the vocal in stereo?
