Hey guys,

Is there a way to copy a sequence from one project to another? I have a problem with the multi timbre function not working, so I want to make a new project with the old sequences to make it work :)

JJ OS2XL, MPC 1000.

Best regards,
Nikolaj de Haan

cant you copy each seperate .seq file? or make a folder that saves everything, then load that folder without the samples loaded

o Nikolaj you need to read manual again. You just save the sequence, then load the sequence in any project you have loaded. It has to be the simplest thing you can do. And I have to add from reading the other post it has nothing to do with JJOS it is you, you have not figured it out how to do split keys on your controller to two midi channels. So keep trying you will get it to work and play two midi parts at once. It can be done.

:oops: That was a pretty noobish question I see now, sorry about that.

@bliprock:

I made it work without splitting my MIDI keyboard, using a MIDI cable from MIDI OUT of the MPC to a MIDI IN on the MPC, as mentioned in the other post (I prefer not to split my keyboard, as I easily forget to do it on the stage).

Thanks for the advice!
