Copy Bars on JJOSXL?

Hate to be one of those dudes but, I've read the manual and I've pretty much gotten everything that I need in terms of my workflow down (coming from the 4K), except for this. Is there a way to copy entire bars and all tracks in those bars to additonal bars? For instance, if I have a 4 bar loop and I want to make that an 8 bar loop by copying bars 1-5 and all corresponding tracks to 5-9, how would I do that? I might have missed this in the manual....TIA.

Got it. It's in SEQ Edit. Was trying to do it through Window + Bars at the top like on the 4K.
