I depend on the track/pad mute screen a lot to bring tracks in and out of the mix quickly throughout a song. Lately I've been getting a really odd glitch where, seemingly out of nowhere, samples start getting triggered at random, at various pitches and often in reverse. Meanwhile, samples already in the mix get randomly truncated.
It's really difficult to pin down but it seems to occur when there are a lot of tracks in play (though not in all cases, and it doesn't stop when you stop the sequence). Also seems to intensify when any pad is pressed down hard, cant always reproduce that effect though. It only stops if I go to a non-mixing-related screen, the save/load screen for example.
I had this issue a while back before I replaced a bad q-link slider. I thought that did the trick but the beast is back. Little help?
