is there the x0x mode on OS3?

Hi,

i installed OS3 a while back and didnt use my MPC for some time.
IS there this TRx0x Style input mode on OS3? I want that where the 16pads act as an note on/off switch for the selected instrument.
And there was a screen where I could set the velocity of each note.

i have been there, but i still cant enter the steps like in the old loop edit mode, is that correcT?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist on OS3.

It exists as link above shows. It's just different is all.

Unfortunately it doesn't exist. I'm wondering why?
