program change with q-links?

hello,

i use jj os1 and would like to know if it is possible to use different programs with samples and fx with the q-link. i try the programming of pc - it doesnt work in my case.
so i think it must be my nescience. looking at youtube was without any success.

can anybody help?

With a q-link? no. You can only program those in Step Edit, assiging PC to program, than insert PC in Step E. There is also an Effect event which you can switch 1-20 set.

On os2xl you can switch PC with pads or from other controller.

and this works also with audio samples or just external synths, etc.? it must be work with audio cos this data. right?

PC work both on interal programs (have to set in program menu corresponding PC first) and on MIDI out. Effect evet only on internal FX slots (20).

BTW it's better to insert PC change few ticks before the actual note you want to change, but just try it anyway.

you wrote 20 effects. how assemble the 20 effect? we have fx1 and fx2 does it mean 10 per slot and are the numbers the fx?

nah man, there are 20 sets of [fx1+fx2+master fx] that you can save and recall, and they are saved within ALL Seq&Songs file, not in the unit. So you can have different sets for every project.
