Questions about default EQ and compression settings

MPC1000/JJOS2XL.

I was wondering if the default EQ settings for a brand new project before it is saved (for example this is what I get by default: 8000 +3, 3500 +6, 500 -3, 60 +6) could be changed to the frequencies and values I usually choose, so that I don't have to reset them completely every time I start a new project.

I have the same question for compression settings.
In other words I would like to customize the default values for both EQ and compression.

BTW, saving the project will probably also save the EQ and comp settings but I am talking about the initial by default parameters that come up on the screen when doing mode+pad 12 >master.

Unfortunately it's not possible to set default values for Master comp and eq.

Turn on MPC, set up a 'blank' project to your taste including effect settings, save that project to a folder called 'Project Template'. Then whenever you start a new beat, load up that template but remember to save it to a new folder.
