on my old 2000 i can choose.....the amp envelope release is working really on the final tail of a sample.....or right from the start of it....

can't find anything like this in jjos on my new 2500.....

is there such a thing hided somewhere...?

yeah, the ADSR controls are a bit different on JJOS. You can certainly accompligh what you want with em.

You want AD from ADSR. That is S=0 R=0.
