instruments/tracks cutting out using "mixdown" feature

I'm having an issue using the "mixdown" feature on a track I'm trying to record. The entire song plays back fine when I'm just using song mode to play the whole thing back, but as soon as I press the mixdown button to record the track as a wav, instruments in the beat cut out on some sequences or stop playing in mid sequence. Is this a bug, polyphony issue, or anything else I can fix?

Still didn't fix my issue.

I mean the setting in global program edit under AMP tab where it stands POLY (MONO) for each sample separtely (voice overlap). Is that's what you tried?
Otherwise you are hitting over 32 voice limit.

There shouldn't be a difference between play in song mode and mixdown in song mode. If you have a project in which it happens each time and it's clearly identifiable you should send it to JJ and let him hear. Might be a bug.

By the way are you using audiotracks? which JJ OS?
