MIDI Issues With JJ OS 3.1.6 (Would Like An Older OS)

So I'm running JJ OS 3.1.6 in to Pro Tools 10 PT is picking up a level when I hit play on the MPC however, I can't get PT to make the track start on my MPC.

I also can't find any information or settings for MIDI clock etc. on the MPC.

This are the screens available to me when I go Mode->MIDI, I feel like there should be more options?;

Looks like you're using the free OS? Make sure Pro-Tools is sending MIDI Clock and not MIDI timecode out of your MIDI port - FreeOS doesn't have timecode.

Paid version of JJ have timecode sync so if you go to bar 80 of your arrangement you're in bar 80 on the MPC, assuming there's 80 bars in your sequence. When working with MIDI clock your sequence will always start 1:1:00 or from the top of your sequence regardless of your DAW's transport position.
