Questions about "multi timbre" mode / omni in jjos2xl

Hi,

it concerns mpc jjos2xl behavior with multitimbre / omni ...

is it possible to record simultaneously multiple midi channel in their respective tracks /channels with jjos2xl ? (Mpc2000xl can do that , not 4k, not 5k) ...

If you don't see what I mean, for example ... if I have a keyboard assigned to midi channel 1 on mpc track 1, an mpd 32 assigned to channel 2 on mpc track 2 ...

If I'm on current track 3 on mpc, would track 1 and 2 be recorded from here as i play mpd and and keyboard ?

Yeah, works just fine, except for erase, arpeggiator/chord mode, patterns etc "JJOS" track modes only work if the track containing the mode is the active track. Also for note erasing you must be on the track you wish to erase notes from for it to work. So while not ideal, works well enough for many situations.
