JJOS2XL

So I just bought a 2nd hand MPC1000 with JJOS1 installed and I would like to go to 2XL. The guy I got it from couldn't find the email with his OS1 password.

Can I still get the discounted price for OS2XL as a password has been entered into the MPC although I don't have it?

Yes, you don't need the password, the MPC itself remembers that OS1 was previously activated. Install OS2XL, go to the SAVE screen and use the given pass code on the JJOS2XL purchase page on the JJ site, you'll get your discount automatically. Don't forget to check out my JJOSXL book:
