Moving my tracks to a different MPC?

I got a 2500 with jjos1 but it's a bit unpredictable. left out and left headphone out not working, couple of buttons sticking, sliders f00king up etc... it's well used for years...

If i wanted to move to a different MPC what are my options?

Do you mean move to a different model of MPC? JJOS1 projects should load in any MPC1000/2500/5000/500 but some features will obviously get lost or a bit messed up. The MPC Software does a fairly decent job loading JJOS1 projects but you can test that by downloading the trial from Akai. Anything before the MPC1000 (4000/2000/XL/3000/60) is generally a no go as they cannot read the new style program or project format (unless you are willing to manually recreate all programs).

I might just have to get a 500, nice and small and compact but i do love the 2500 for all the flexability
