Velocity Problem

Hi!
I have a problem with Velocity values: Even velocity set to 1 is still too loud! I know i can avoid that problem by copying the pad to a new pad and set the new pads volume down, but do you have any other ideas?

Another thing is, i think the mixer is very rough in volume, so i proceed to don't use it at all. I only use "Lev" in Program edit instead. Anyone else does it this way? i just wonder.

i have no mixer or interface, all mpc intern, yes i just want a very quiet hit
