Loop Mode, whats with the non play?

User error?
probably user error but I wonder if I can only get the sequence to pay at same time if MPC is slaved to midi clock and I start with DAW in the loop mode window.

JJOS3 and using it to over dub loop. So it works like a dream but.... when I am not clocked to DAW I get no start of sequence, is that how it is? Seems weird, almost buggy to be able to have it all working with DAW clock sent to it, but in non slave mode there is no play of sequence. So it can do it, but only clocked. Weird

I have decks and footswitch in and I have DAW send start, then all in loop window mode I can over dub scratching over the sequence while playing and looping. And with overdub I can layer to, which I still have just figured out. that is cos I set foot switch to play overdub and so continues on playing when stopped recording. That way its a seamless recording overdub from decks over your MPC, but yeah not with out DAW ?? huh?

I can't be the only person in the world using this right?

Thats just an example of live work you can do with looping recorder mode. All samples added on the fly from decks and then i just mucked around with effects,

come at me fam! give this a go and tell me if it works or not. I'm not even upgrading JJOS like normal incase they get rid of this bug/feature
