I’m curious how I turn sensitivity off? I want to be able to press the pad (tap or hard), and it always play at the max velocity? Thanks

All you need to do is press the FULL LEVEL button under the Rec Gain knob

You can also use 16 Levels to control velocity, but you won't be able to do full level and 16 levels [velocity] at the same time.
