Mpc1000 can't load os, cf card format not recognized

Hi fellow mpc1000 users, I have a big problem with mine, I have bought it faulty , repaired it, but still had some issues, wchich seems like a system problems, I have decided to reinstall the system. I have loaded the jjos system from cf card with load function, there was message that files are deleting, and that the new files are installed. After completion there was a message to switch the power off and on again. I did that, and the screen went into the boot block, with compact flash card was detected.
A format cannot be recognozed.
System halt. What went wrong? How to fix it, the cf card is not recognozed either if i format it on pc fat, fat32, I have formated it in mpc5000. Why it doesnt read the card? Why the system do not boot up at all if the files was insfalled? Help me please guys. Peace
