16 level and Pad not working

Hi all,

Before buying a new set of sensor I just want to share my problem and know if buying new sensors will fix it. After one year of storage of MPC2500 due to moving, I powered on my MPC and...no pads are working and my 16levels button is also not working. DO you think buying will a new set of sensor will fix it or is it the PCB card ? Qlink are working well by the way.

I'd suggest taking it apart and reconnecting some of the cables first... it is possible that the connections have oxidized and are not working well.
