Deoxit the button/switch? it might help if it is a cleaning issue... you could also try and short the switch to bypass the button and just see if shorting it works as expected, though I'd only do this if you are comfortable monkeying around inside of electronic hardware and know what not to do to fry yourself or the device.

This is the result of one or more buttons failing and that affects other that they are connected on the same "power line" . Use deoxit or replace the ones that are faulty and that will most probably fix your problem .
