Hello
I was attempting to give my dad’s MPC an overhaul, updating the internal memory and changing the pads. Unfortunately now when I turn the machine on it attempts to boot in SODIMM memory check mode and fails to load.
It gives the following error message- “The problem was found in the memory. Please check the memory. System halt…..”
Has anyone else encountered a problem like this before or is there another forum that has trouble shot this issue?
I’m wondering if the memory hardware i installed was faulty or otherwise incompatible.
Please help me fix the ghost in the machine!!
