I am trying to edit steps without interrupting playback. I have many Elektron machines and I sequence them as the music is playing.
Sadly till now i could not find any way of doing that on the MPC. Grid view doesn't let us edit steps while in play state so the only option would be Grid View > LoopEdit > View which lets us loop a bar and edit steps while play state, that could be enough for me but there is a very big issue.... if I 1. enter in that view, 2. close that view, or 3. go to next bar while play state the playback resets and my mpc goes out of sync...
It should be a way to keep it in sync while doing those things... otherwise that feature is useless while playback.. as well as any other sequencing options that MPC has besides playing live the pads.
it should be a setting that lets us change bars, enter and exit that view but stay in sync...
