if i understand it right, the first beta will be released on the 25th of june

it seems to be a full working OS that gives us the same functions as the 2500

i only recognized direct recording and grid editing...

yes i quickly tested one of them with the OS 1.0x on, and it worked

but i removed it quickly because i was kinda worried for my mp

Ok i dont really care if i trash mine , i dint really understand the install directions and what the hell some of this was so if anyone wants me to try this crap out i will just let me know what it is.

man akai hurry up or someone else will make an os....your not the only programmers in the world...!

This is good for the future of the units, knowing that new OSs could be made by a third party after Akai stops releasing them.

I wouldnt fancy being a Beta tester though
