I can play bass guitar and sometimes I like to play some thick chords. So having the option would be good as opposed to eliminating the polyphony all-together. 8)

Exactly like my question, I just needed the facts, I understand all the concepts of the mpc well. Thankyou to thynctank for explaining it.
Does it use the pitchshift function to create pitched copies of the sample, or just pitch it normally so it will effect the length? I thought that would be a cool function for JJ to implement, so you are playing with proper pitch shifted samples.
