That would be me, as I've been funding this project all along. PM me and I'll make payment arrangements.

I am using 3.05, which is free of charge. The developper is developping the further next "non-free" version.

The OS 3.05 is very stable (at least better than AKAI's 2.10) and It is worth to try it. If you don't like 3.05, you can always return to existing 2.10 or 1.07 by updating the OS again (though you must have the BIN file for the old OS).

Is JJ Os worth it overall?
I read the comparison chart and seen all the new features but is it reliable? seen a bunch of stuff about bugs.

Do you basically have to learn the whole mpc over again or what?

Something about an OS that some guy made kinda worries me about putting onto my mpc, is it possible to return to the original OS? and I mean easily return as easily as I switched.

I know I'm going to get thousands of guys racing to be the first one to tell me to search the forums first, but its 4am and I have school in 4hours. Show me some sympathy....

any help would be appreciated
btw I have an mpc2500 if that changes anything

^^^ The answer to all your questions is YES. Don't hesitate to upgrade. You'll never want to switch back to the Akai OS ever again. When you have more time, read the Sticky topics on this forum (especially the JJ OS FAQ topic, authored by Stan Steez).

Teen girl lust? How is that in any way an appropriate name? Why not just go balls out and call yourself paedo?
