does anybody know how this could work? i have sequences and programs on a zip disc that i created with my mpc2000xl that i want to get over to my 1000. thanks[/b]

Save all of your programs individually ( i.e. NOT IN APS files ) then save all fo your sequences in .mid format seperately, get a USB zip for your computer and transfer the files onto your hard drive. Then hook up your MPC 1000 via usb and transfer all of those files on to it. It is a pain but it works...
