what is simult? like the banks A B C D? E F G H?

maybe like selecting several pads to trigger simultaneously?
or playing more than 1 program from a keyboard, or...ummm....

you could set it so that when you hit A01, other pads are triggered at the same time. ie, B01 and C01.
now hopefully there's a way to toggle it on and off so you could also use A01 by itself when you want to.

Doesn't have to be the same pad number in different banks. You could 'link' any pad together.

simult was implemented in old os's like the 2000 ,xl and 3000 ....with one pad you can trigger two diffrent pads...you can layer drums and filter,eq ,apply fx,pan and mix individual layers...because each layer is its own pad.....many possibilitys..............................I had a thread on this looooooooooooooooong time ago wrote 2000000000000000 emails to akai..........but nothing ... I even switched to sampling into battery and sequencing in my mpc...because I cant do my layering in the mpc...well i can but its on some bull shit work around.....I probably wont see this feature for a while on the 2500,,,,,but I m riding with yall on getting it in the 1000 so when we do see a jj 2500 os thangs will be smoov as eggs!
