Sorry mate, but you're completely wrong about that. The Propellant-Actuated Device is one of the extras that should have come with your MPC. It's kind of a bluey-purpley-reddish-green colour. And it's propellant actuated. More than that I'm not at liberty to say.

i always thought it was a google mis-translation of the word 'turbo'.
