say i want to trigger a Whole Bar section example...

Bar 1
Bar 2
Bar 3
Bar 4

and i want to play each section differently (like Break Down)

like triggering each section on a Pad...to be hit and Recorded down as a new Track (or new sequence)

(im not asking if it can be Copy & Pasted, like the other post in this forum...im asking if it can be triggered to be recorded on touch-of-pad ect...)

basically like hitting the Play Start button over n over again and getting that skip Jump into the beat before it drops...

if this is possible i'd be vary Delighted to get the information on this subject...thanx in advance for the helpful replies...

im also thinking maybe this could be done by Re-sampling...but i dont want to do that...

because i want to be able to edit out specific parts in the BreakDown as i'd call it...like cut a kick out, or snare...hi hats...ect...

resampling would be the dirtiest method. actually programming it in is the best way to go about doing it if you wanna use this in an actual song. otherwise, you could do it live by assigining x bar to x pad

Does the jj os still have the next seq screen? If so, just copy/ paste each bar to a new seq, then use sudden in the next seq view to trigger em.

Sorry. Diddn't read correctly. You could use the above method but would have to record out to a computor or something to capture the performance.
